Camille Bertholet spent six years pleading before the Labour Court before founding the firm with Julien Nussbaumer. She now advises as many SMEs as dismissed managers, which gives her a fairly precise idea of what each side is prepared to accept. She teaches employment law at a business college.
Partner
Julien Nussbaumer divides his practice between separations and criminal law. He acted as court-appointed defence counsel for eight years and still accepts those instructions. In family matters he favours an agreement whenever one is possible, and prepares for trial without hesitation when it is not.
Associate
Sophie Rochat worked for three years at a tenants’ association before joining the firm. She knows how the Vaud conciliation authorities work in practice and handles most of the tenancy files, from service-charge statements to challenging a notice to quit.
Associate
Damien Perrin was admitted to the bar in 2022 after a traineeship with a business law firm in Geneva. He drafts commercial contracts and shareholders’ agreements, and assists Julien Nussbaumer on white-collar criminal files.
Office manager
Nathalie Grivel has run the firm’s office since 2014. She answers the phone, arranges the meetings, and will tell you in a minute whether your matter falls within one of our areas.
