An estimate before the work
You know what each step costs before it begins. No invoice should ever be a surprise.
The firm
We opened in 2011 with a simple idea: a neighbourhood practice, small enough to explain the law before applying it.
The firm occupies the second floor of a building on Rue du Grand-Chêne, five minutes’ walk from the District Court and from Lausanne station. We receive clients in two meeting rooms, never in a corridor, and the office is not shared with other practices.
We have deliberately stayed small. Five people means everyone knows everyone else’s files, that covering a hearing is not organised at the last minute, and that no instruction is handed to someone you have never met.
Part of our work consists in discouraging proceedings. A trial is expensive, takes years and rarely leaves people satisfied, even when they win. While negotiation is still possible we try it first; once it no longer is, we litigate without reservation.

We write our letters so that the recipient understands them, not to impress a fellow lawyer.

Any message received on a working day is answered by the next day at the latest, even if only to say that we need more time.
