The three questions we are asked on the phone

01Do you handle my problem?

Employment, family, corporate, criminal and tenancy matters. If your case falls outside what we practise, we give you a colleague’s name the same day.

Tool

Check your deadline first

Under Swiss law, most claims are lost for lack of time, not for lack of arguments. Enter the date you received the letter and we will tell you how long you have left.

All practice areas

Indicative calculation based on the date of receipt you enter. Some deadlines are suspended during court holidays or run differently. Have your case checked.

The team

You will know who is acting for you before you come in

Two partners, two associates and an office manager. The person who sees you at the first meeting is the one who follows your file.

Me Camille Bertholet

Employment law · Corporate law

Camille Bertholet spent six years pleading before the Labour Court before founding the firm with Julien Nussbaumer. She now advises as many SMEs as dismissed managers, which gives her a fairly precise idea of what each side is prepared to accept. She teaches employment law at a business college.

Me Julien Nussbaumer

Family law · Criminal law

Julien Nussbaumer divides his practice between separations and criminal law. He acted as court-appointed defence counsel for eight years and still accepts those instructions. In family matters he favours an agreement whenever one is possible, and prepares for trial without hesitation when it is not.

Fees

The price is announced before, not after

We put a written estimate in your hands at the first meeting, and we warn you before a file turns out heavier than expected.

  • Hourly rate of CHF 280.– to CHF 380.– depending on complexity and lawyer.
  • Fixed fees available for routine steps: a letter, an employment reference, an agreement.
