Registration and supervision
The firm’s lawyers are entered in the register of lawyers of the canton of Vaud and are members of the Vaud Bar Association and of the Swiss Bar Association. They are subject to the Federal Act on the Free Movement of Lawyers and to supervision by the Vaud Chamber of Lawyers.
Professional secrecy
Everything entrusted to us is covered by legal professional secrecy, without time limit. It extends to the firm’s staff and continues after the instruction has ended.

The firm carries professional indemnity insurance meeting statutory requirements, with cover of at least one million francs per year.
